C Suite Unlocked Park City, Utah · September 24–25, 2026
C Suite Unlocked Executive Summit

The world is changing. Let's get you ahead of it.

Two days in the mountains with a small group of executives, working on where business is going, where you stand, and exactly what you'll do about it.

15 seats. When they're gone, they're gone.

Why I'm hosting this

I've spent more than 30 years inside leadership teams, through acquisitions, turnarounds, and transformations. And here is what I know right now: the pace of change in business, especially with AI, is not slowing down for anyone. The executives who win in the next five years will be the ones who marry the timeless principles of executive readiness with what's coming next.

To me, that work doesn't happen in a webinar. It happens in a room off-site with people wrestling the same questions you are.

What we'll do over two days

Where you stand

Before you arrive, you'll complete a personal assessment against our 24-topic executive readiness model. We'll walk the model together and you'll leave knowing exactly where you're strong and where your next development ground is.

Where business is going

Working sessions on AI and the future of business, including a session with CEO Doug Kitani, who's joining me for the summit. Doug will share what he's seeing from the boards he sits on and the investments he's making, and what he thinks you ought to be doing about it.

Going below the line

Skills and knowledge are above the line. Below the line is deeper capability and deeper relational capacity. You'll take real time to think, on a walk, on a bench, in the mountain air. Then you'll pair up, share what you found, and sharpen each other's plans. Self-discovery plus the power of the community, both.

Thursday night we'll head into Park City for a private dinner at one of its best restaurants. Great food, great conversation, and relationships that outlast the weekend.

Who's in the room

This is for C-suite leaders and executives on their way there. People with real decisions in front of them, who want to evaluate options, make the call, and move. The group is capped at 15 so everyone is in the conversation, not watching one.
